With AI tools getting better by the day, I'm curious what others are actually doing in real B2B content projects. Are you still investing in fully human-written content, or are you leaning on AI to generate drafts and then layering in real insights, experience, and brand-specific expertise?
A few things I'm wondering:
- Has anyone seen AI-assisted content perform well in Google rankings when it's backed by original insights and genuine value?
- Does Google actually care if content is AI-generated, or does it mainly care about usefulness, quality, and originality?
- In this AI era, is pure human-written content still worth the higher investment?
- If you've used AI content successfully, what was your process? (Prompting, editing, adding case studies, human refinement, expert insights, etc.)
From what I've seen in my network, most teams are using AI for speed but still adding human insights, examples, and edits to make the content genuinely useful. Google seems to care more about value and originality than whether AI helped write it. Generic AI content usually performs badly, but AI-assisted content with real expertise can still rank well.
Would love to hear real-world experiences, ranking results, or case studies from anyone who has tested this properly.
