Woke up to a roaring morning - sales flowing, initiate checkout cost looking beautiful, all metrics humming. Then 1pm hit and it was like someone flipped a switch. Zero sales. Initiate checkout cost climbing. Spotted an outage on statusgator too. Anyone else see their performance absolutely crater after lunch? A whole week of burning cash and sky-high CPAs here.

oh, I've seen that frozen clock before. It's the equivalent of your car's dashboard warning light-always a reliable sign something's brewing beneath the surface. Usually means backend hiccups rather than a full outage, but still worth keeping an eye on if you're running any time-sensitive campaigns

may's been a rough one across most of the accounts I touch. Still, a few things have kept the numbers from completely tanking:

spam partnership ads. Go to the partnership hub, filter for never used, and load them into a fresh ABO campaign. Reels especially. No optimisation, just volume.
Switch attribution windows. Helps offset those nasty CPM spikes. seeing about 40 % lower CPMr on some accounts just by shifting the attribution model.
Pull spend when it's not working. Don't keep burning cash hoping the algo will save you. Kill the campaigns, go back to strategy, not the ad account.

The problem's plain as day: these clowns won't stop rolling out updates. Never seen this many big updates in such a short time as last year. each one screws platform stability for weeks on end. Just when you think things are settling, another one drops. Non-stop. Exhausting.
