Managing 50+ affiliates without the headache?

A colleague mentioned that Refersion is the obvious choice at this volume - that's where it really shines. impact gets way too pricey at this size, and sheets just fall apart. Another recommendation was Tapfiliate - clean UI, flexible commission rules, and doesn't break the bank.

We ended up using a hybrid setup: affiliate software for tracking/payouts, but Notion/Airtable for relationship management. Once you pass ~30 partners, the real problem becomes communication and follow-ups, not just attribution.
