You're trying to solve two different problems with one tool, and that's where it gets messy.
Call transcription plus theme clustering and structured feedback management aren't really the same workflow. BuildBetter is solid for the first bit, and stuff like Productboard, Canny, or UserJot handles the second. Most teams I've seen run both because the inputs are just too different.
If your PM really wants consolidation, the real question is which side hurts more right now. If you've got insights but no clean roadmap that users can see and vote on, you need a feedback/roadmap tool. If you've got too many calls and tickets to actually read, you need better synthesis.
I build UserJot so I'm biased here, but on the roadmap/feedback side the things that actually save time at your scale are decent dedup, Linear/Jira sync for tickets, and a public board your CSMs can point enterprise customers to. The AI synthesis stuff is mostly nice to have - the dedup and sync are what actually save PM hours
