Signed up for SEM Rush's free trial on May 17th. Cancelled on May 24th. Seven days. Or so I thought.
Turns out, I cancelled a few hours after the exact sign-up hour. My personal card got charged $267 for another month.
"No worries," I told myself. Every other subscription service I've dealt with refunds that kind of mistake. Right?
Wrong.
SEM Rush refused. Flat out. $267 gone. And now I've got zero desire to ever touch their tool again. This isn't about the money-it's about the absolute stone wall customer service.
Anyone else hit this wall? And fair warning: if you try their "free" trial, cancel before the exact hour you signed up. Not the day. The hour. Or prepare to lose $267.
