So I started posting on TikTok last year, mostly massage therapy and injury rehab content. Posting maybe 2-3 times a month, I hit nearly 9k followers and four videos over a million views - one peaked at 9.2 million. YouTube's also been kind to me.
I've never thought of myself as a creator or cared much about engagement, but clearly this content resonates. My gut says TikTok is full of bots, but someone in a community thread pointed out that the therapy niche is underserved there, and those view counts prove demand is real.
For context, I'm a B2B pipeline builder - LinkedIn is my home turf. But the replies I got made me think: maybe I should treat this as a lead generation channel. A course or digital guide on trigger point release seems the obvious next step. I'm just not sure if the bot noise dilutes the value.
Is there real money to be made on TikTok beyond the shop? My account's positioned well, but am I wasting organic traction by not posting 3-4 times a week? What's stopping me is the fear of investing time into a platform that might not convert for a professional services angle.
Would love to hear if anyone here has turned viral educational content into actual pipeline.
