That used to be me all the time. I'd get an idea, sit down to write, tweak it to death, overanalyse every sentence.... then just abandon it. Either it wasn't 'good enough' or I convinced myself nobody cared anyway.

Over time I realised the real issue wasn't the content itself - it was the friction of creating it. Felt like too much effort every single time.

Lately I've been stripping the process right back. Less mental load, more just hitting publish. Even built a tiny tool for myself to speed things up.

i see this pattern with creators I work with too - the gap closes when you accept 'clear enough' instead of 'perfect.' Anyone else been here?

Happened with me as well, but create a thinking process.
You don't need to mentally qualify it as good or bad.
I felt I was creating average post but when I saw other ppl generic post performing well, felt it's more of consistency game

I've been treating LinkedIn posts like A/B testing on Google Ads. Some headlines get 0.5% CTR, others hit 4%. You can't know until you serve the impression. just schedule the damn thing and let the algorithm decide - you're optimising against a sample of one if you sit on drafts

I used to overthink. Now I think about what this post will do for me in the long run. I ask myself does this market my brand to be in HR , is this what recruiters are looking for, am I posting that gives others advice? Then I schedule it. Post it. I don’t look back till I see it trending. You just have to ask yourself- what’s your purpose to post and is it doing the job? Of course, if your grammar sucks then run it through some AI tool. Then set it and forget it. We worry too much about what people think or say. My thinking is until someone says something that my post detrimentally did - I’ll keep posting
