From a content strategist's perspective, I've found that niche boards often yield better signal-to-noise than the usual suspects. For B2B marketing, I'd layer in:
- Hackajob - strong for growth and product marketing roles at tech companies
- Hunted - direct outreach from employers, good for mid-to-senior roles
- GrowthHunters - if you're more on the demand gen or content side
If you're looking for fully remote B2B marketing jobs, Remotive and Himalaya have decent filters too.
My rule of thumb: pick two general boards (LinkedIn, Otta), two niche (the ones above), and then build a saved search on each. Saves hours of scrolling.
