I'm starting completely fresh and looking for genuine guidance, not random or misleading advice.
what free resources, videos, blogs, or communities helped you properly understand community marketing?
The biggest mistake I see beginners make is treating a forum like a broadcast channel. It's not Twitter or Instagram. The unwritten rules of each community matter more than any blog post.
what helped me most was lurking in around ten different communities for a few weeks before posting anything. You pick up the subtle behaviours - the inside jokes, the etiquette, what's considered spam - that no tutorial really teaches.
There are plenty of YouTube videos, but if you ask me, the best way to learn is to join a structured course on sites like Udemy. The paid ones are genuinely good.
