Built a small workflow using Hooklayer MCP and Claude to analyse why one fitness creator blows up while another just... doesn't. Tested it on a couple of big names in the space - the results were eye-opening.
The workflow breaks down hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling, emotional triggers, and CTA structure. Then spits out a comparison table, growth weaknesses, a 30-day strategy, and remix ideas. The fun part wasn't the AI content generation - it's turning something that normally takes hours of manual analysis into a repeatable system.
Retention analysis alone is worth the effort. Someone in the thread nailed it: most people obsess over thumbnails and titles, but pacing is where videos live or die. And the behavioural patterns underneath - why people stop scrolling, why some hooks hit, why certain emotional structures outperform - that's the layer most creator tools completely miss.
Drop a comment if you want the demo link. Honestly more interested in this direction than generic 'write me a script' stuff.
