Used iHeart for an awareness campaign before. The goal was pure brand recall - think "when your pipes burst, we want to be the plumber you think of."
Pros:
• Liked our rep, easy to work with
• Huge range of products: radio, streaming, podcasts, display, even direct mail
• The local talent they assigned for radio was great, and we were happy with the creative they produced
Cons (none unique to iHeart):
• Expensive
• Results can be a nightmare to measure
If you're buying media, they're a solid partner. but buying media might not be the smartest use of your budget.
