So I'm running Meta ads for an HVAC company covering Dallas and San Antonio. $80 a day, broad targeting, instant forms. Client is one bad lead away from walking. I've thrown everything at it-energy savings, health angles, financing for £27 a month, free inspections, before/after shots, AI creative, real job photos, even bilingual copy. Nothing sticks. CPL is sky-high, lead volume is pathetic, and the market is a bloodbath. Every company in Texas is running the exact same offers. My next gamble? Get their lead technician on camera, unscripted, real job site, two videos: one for tune-up season, one for installs. My gut says static ads just blend into the noise-maybe real video will actually stop a thumb mid-scroll. Not convinced, but what else is there? Anyone running home services in saturated hellscapes on Meta? I'd love to hear what's actually working, because right now I'm just throwing spaghetti at a very expensive wall.
