To me, brand for sure. But branding includes tons of analytics to me too, especially for brand equity. Numbers are very important, marketing is still a business major.
Theoretically, growth would be ok to me. However, in practice, most growth marketers that I see don't understand the role of branding for growth. Many can't even talk about the differences in growing vanity metrics, sales, revenue, profit, cash flow, or value. They don't even know about the numbers they are chasing.
I've worked for a company that grew a lot, biting more than it could chew, getting bigger and weaker. That was good to attract investors, but not for the company's survival in the long term. I don't want that type of growth again, but many companies have the same mindset. Grow to get investors, not grow to be a healthy company with good marketing and strong brand equity.
I never list growth marketing among my skills because of that. It can actually hurt my image.
