Struggling to find a fulfilment partner for branded swag and POP materials that can actually handle both storage and shipping, along with an internal ordering site for staff and sales teams. Ideally, they'd also integrate with Shopify for some customer orders. In the old days, this was called a 'mail house,' but those are basically extinct now. I don't need full print-to-ship services since we source some specialty items elsewhere - just need someone to take inventory, pick and pack, and offer a decent portal for ordering. It's frustrating because the internal ordering piece is what usually breaks at scale, especially with salespeople ordering on the fly. If anyone's worked with a partner that nails that portal bit and can handle Shopify orders too, I'd love to hear about it.
