Smartlead's gone off the boil - what now?

I love marketing, but I hate bloody platforms that break when you need them most. Smartlead used to be decent - UI and analytics had their quirks, especially campaign completion percentages that made zero sense - but lately the infrastructure issues have trashed my deliverability. I know every platform has its gremlins, but this is getting ridiculous.

Anyway, I'm not here to slag it off. I'm after a cold email campaign management tool that just works - not leads or verification, I've got that covered elsewhere. Someone mentioned cosmocalls for multichannel stuff, but I only need email management. What do you use? And don't hold back if it's garbage.

Depends what you need from Smartlead specifically. If it's the multichannel sequencing - email, LinkedIn, calls - then most alternatives cover email and LinkedIn but skip the calling part. for me it's just the sending and campaign management side. Leads and verifications are handled elsewhere. Honestly, Smartlead is fine but I'm not paying extra for features I'll never touch. Tools that try to do everything usually end up doing nothing properly.

Smartlead alternatives? Honestly, it depends on what you're prioritising. If it's purely cold email management and deliverability, I've had solid results with Instantly and Mailshake. Instantly's warmup and inbox rotation are decent, though the analytics could be deeper. Mailshake is more about sequencing and A/B testing subject lines. For something more tech-heavy, I run my own stack with Python scripts to manage list hygiene and scrape logs - not for everyone, but it gives you full control. What's your main pain point with Smartlead - deliverability drops or automation limits?

Oh honey, I've been down that exact road. My stack: Zapmail for domains and Google accounts (because ain't nobody got time for that manual nonsense), leads scraped from social like a digital gold digger, zbounce to keep bounce rates from humiliating me, a whole cocktail of spam-check tools, and Smartlead holding the reins on campaigns and warmups daily. Works a treat - until Meta breaks something again.
