I've slammed into a wall with my outreach strategy. My product is a white-label AI tool for marketing agencies - it automates Instagram and Facebook DM and comment management. Agencies put their own brand on it and resell to clients. Stable, works, got a few users already.
The only channel that's actually generated traction is manual LinkedIn outreach to agency CEOs in Italy and Spain. The response rate is surprisingly decent - they immediately grasp the white-label value proposition.
Here's the catch: I rely on LinkedIn for my main professional gig. I can't go full founder mode on my profile - no hourly posts about my SaaS, no automation tools that risk flagging my account. So I'm stuck doing it all by hand, sending personalised notes for hours. It works, but 10-15 messages a day won't get me to my MRR goals.
I've heard mixed things about cold email for this niche - some say it's dead, others say it's the only real scale. Niche Slack groups or communities? Also feels like a time sink.
If you couldn't use LinkedIn as your personal billboard, where would you go next? Is cold email still viable for EU agency owners (Italy and Spain specifically) or is the noise too high? Am I missing a leverage channel that doesn't require being a public-facing influencer?
Not after a silver bullet - just a sustainable rhythm beyond manual LinkedIn.
