We've kept a private academy alongside public docs for a while now. Honestly, it's been a solid lead magnet - prospects explore our platform and it tends to convert. 🔍
But we're toying with making the academy fully public. Here's what I'm chewing on:
📚 A wider network of customers who actually use the app 📚 A community where users help each other 📚 More actionable feedback loops
We've got partners auditing their own help docs and looking at building new customer academies too. Some of those enterprise setups have worked out really well, but it's undeniably more work at the start.
For us it's all enterprise customers, so the stakes feel higher. Anyone else taken their academy public? Worth the extra effort?
