I know how heartbreaking it is to pour two months into a brand new domain and still see that DR of 0. It really makes you question everything. But honestly, try not to let that number get to you.
DR is just an Ahrefs metric based on backlinks - it's not something Google uses to rank you. chasing it for its own sake will just waste energy you could spend on things that actually matter.
what does matter at this stage? make sure your on-page foundations are solid: title tags, meta descriptions, clean URLs, fast load times. Sounds like you're already on that.
Then start getting your SaaS mentioned where your real audience hangs out - niche directories, founder communities, comparison posts, integration partner pages. not for the DR boost, but because that's where actual people who need your solution might find you.
Create a handful of genuinely useful pages that solve the exact problem your product addresses. Not generic blog fluff - stuff someone would search for when they're deep in that pain point.
The DR will climb naturally as your site earns links over time. but I'd stop checking it for a while. Put that mental energy into attracting real users. the metrics that matter will follow
