This week was flying for me - solid sales, good momentum. Then today? Dead. A couple of sales this morning, then nothing.

weird thing is, CPM, CTR, CPC all look normal. 22 add-to-carts, but only 3 completed checkouts? Never seen that ratio before. My target CPA campaign is spending at its usual pace, but it's sitting at 4x my goal CPA.

First thing: check if your Meta pixel is actually recording purchases, then look for a sudden cart abandonment spike you might be missing. Meta's conversion tracking has been flaky recently, especially mid-month. with 4x CPA on a £900/day spend, pull your store's conversion data and compare it directly against what Meta's reporting. That'll tell you where the gap is.

same shit here. bid caps are completely ignoring the limit. It'll happily burn through the full budget, but the CPA is three times what I set. You'd think if it can't deliver at the target, it would just sit on its hands. Nope. Spends anyway. Makes you wonder what the point of the cap even is.

Yeah, Mother's Day weekends are usually a graveyard for conversions - mine tanked too. But weirdly, the rest of the holiday cycle tends to hold steady if the creative and audiences are dialled in. The outage just made it look worse than it actually was.
