I've been testing a 'Book a Call' funnel for a client and I'm completely torn on which lead format to use. Started off thinking a Facebook or Instagram direct lead form would be smoother than sending people to WhatsApp with that annoying redirect page in the middle. But then I hear that lead forms can get accidental submissions - although adding qualifying questions supposedly fixes that. And what about Instagram direct? Does it pop up instantly on their screen or does it end up in some hidden spam folder? Someone told me the more friction the better the lead quality, but I'm not convinced. Surely the questions themselves can filter people out? Honestly feeling stuck and would love to hear what's actually working for others.
