Honestly, this is spot on. Had a mate who took a role there and it was exactly like this. Benefits are genuinely f*cked, especially the insurance. PTO is laughable. And yeah, they dangle those half-day Fridays in summer but you better still hit your 40 hours across those 4.5 days - it's not a perk, it's a trap. If you're desperate, sure, take it for the CV. But if you've got any other option, run. Not worth the mental toll.
