small team of four here, and scaling outreach has always been a pain - warmups, deliverability, you name it. We recently switched to a cold outreach and email warmup tool, and honestly it's been smoother than i expected. Deliverability feels a bit better, and managing inboxes is way less messy.
Someone in another thread mentioned that the tool alone won't save you if everything else is a mess - and they're spot on. Clean targeting, sane volume, decent copy - that boring stuff matters more than which platform you pick. a lot of "deliverability problems" are just bad list quality or ramping up automation too fast.
