honestly, if someone has genuinely cracked the infrastructure layer on warmup and routing, they wouldn't be hiding it in a DM. real tech companies lead with their architecture because that is the actual differentiator - the kind of detail that separates a clever script from a production-grade system.

There are dozens of these tools launching every week. If your validation or sequencing routing is truly unique, drop the technical specs here: SMTP pool management, ML-based warmup algorithms, DNS configuration patterns, whatever. Otherwise it just looks like another white-labelled wrapper wrapping a Mailgun or SendGrid API call.

We've all seen the repo with ten stars and a promise. Show us the architecture or it's just noise.

i'd second that. a plain-text high-level overview of the sending stack-ESP, warmup protocol, domain config-saves weeks of back-and-forth. real enterprise buyers will ask for it anyway, obfuscation only wastes everyone's time.

Bit of a red flag when someone building a cold email system refuses to explain the architecture in plain text. Technical specifications, routing logic, IP rotation strategies, validation methods - these are all just text. Nothing proprietary about describing how the components fit together.

Real infrastructure engineers actually love talking about their stack. claiming you can't explain it in a comment, without sharing source code, signals there's nothing novel under the hood - likely just a standard API wrapper with some canned settings.
