Launched a second brand recently - it's been years since I set up a fresh ad account. the first campaign won't spend. 48 hours in, nothing. Duplicated to check if it was a stuck process, but the duplicate did exactly the same.
Business portfolio isn't new, pixel has over £300k in spend history, events fire fine, billing is clear. Never had account issues before.
Is this just how things are now? I don't recall this level of hassle. Meta feels like it throttles delivery while evaluating new setups - even with an aged BM and experienced pixel. the fact that duplicates also sit at zero points to a trust-layer issue rather than campaign settings. Anyone else hitting this?
