Total monthly ad spend: a few hundred thousand.

Airwallex has been solid for us too. Issue a card per buyer with hard limits, auto-captures receipts, syncs straight to the books. Cards have stayed clean on Meta and Google, which was the main headache. Not perfect, but better than juggling personal cards or constantly chasing reconciliations.

We sync ours straight into Xero as well - there's a QuickBooks integration if that's your platform. Everything arrives pre-coded, so it drops directly into the accounting software. no spreadsheets in between. That alone saved our bookkeeper hours every month. For a mobile ad budget with dozens of campaigns running simultaneously, having that clean feed means i can focus on CPI trends and onboarding drop-offs instead of chasing receipts.
