I've been running Meta Ads campaigns for a couple of agencies, managing budgets around $1k-$3k a month per account. Not massive by global standards, but where I am that's respectable for most businesses. I've picked up a lot from actually doing the work - testing creatives, digging into metrics, reporting back - plus endless hours of online courses and videos.
The trouble is it all feels fragmented. I keep learning useful bits, but there's no structure, no senior buyer to say 'this is why we do it this way' or point out the blind spots. It's like assembling a jigsaw without the picture on the box. The pieces fit eventually, but it takes twice as long and you're never sure it's right.
I know I've got solid hands-on experience, and that counts for something. But I want to move beyond 'figuring it out as I go' and get proper frameworks - the kind you only really absorb by working alongside someone who's been through the cycles. I'm looking for a team or agency where mentorship is baked into the culture, where feedback is regular, and where I can sharpen my thinking on the bigger picture.
If anyone knows agencies that actually invest in training junior to mid-level buyers, or remote opportunities where senior buyers take you under their wing, I'd appreciate the steer.
