Cold email agency sending stack recommendations?

margins in cold email beat anything i saw running Meta and Google ads, so the switch is happening. did paid campaigns and SMS automation before, so sending at scale isn't new.

now the plan is a cold email agency and i need a clean sending and lead stack. nothing complicated, nothing that takes a week to learn. Just something that automates outbound for me and my clients.

What would you actually recommend? someone mentioned Woodpecker and judging vendors by their APIs, but i want real-world takes

Worth a look if you want something fairly simple. Validation is built in and free, so you don't need to bolt a separate checker onto the sending stack. There's also an agency panel that maps to the agency setup mentioned above.

separate mail servers per client domain, and keep daily volume under fifty emails per inbox. every sending address needs at least three weeks of warmup before a campaign touches it. learned that one the hard way, skip warmup and the spam folder is waiting
