Months 3 and 4 were the best stretch my brand has ever had. A whole batch of winning creatives, things finally clicking. Cut to now and every ad dies ridiculously fast, and it's driving me up the wall.
The pattern looks like this:
🔁 Iterations of winners, new angles, new concepts all perform well for a few days to a week, two weeks if I'm lucky
📉 Then they just die and CPA inflates like crazy
🤷 Metrics stay identical the entire time, frequency included, so there's no red flag anywhere
I spend hours building ads at different awareness levels (mostly unaware and problem aware). They all do great, then they literally just die. Feels ridiculous because nothing in the data explains it.
My only theory is audience saturation. This is a niche market (horse owners), and I might've hit the ceiling on how many people are actually willing to buy. If that's true, cranking out another 50 variations of the same message to the same small pool of people won't save anything.
What really stings is seeing other brands run the same ads for over a year while mine can't even survive a month. Lately I'm genuinely running out of ideas for new creatives too, so it feels like the brand will inevitably die if I can't crack why this keeps happening.
