We were trying to get a different address verified (never succeeded), but Google still pulled the actual location from somewhere and slapped it on the brand's knowledge panel. Honestly, it feels like they're scraping from third-party data sources or old directory listings you didn't know existed.
For a B2C site, this can be a bit of a privacy headache if you're home-based or deliberately staying low-key. I'd suggest checking if any old listings on Yell, Bing Places, or even your domain's WHOIS info are feeding into it. Might be worth a cleanup.
