Two things doing the heavy lifting for us right now, both boring but the time savings are very real.
First: competitor analysis. Built an agent on Claude that drops a report every Monday morning covering our top three competitors - pricing changes, promos, launches, emails, PR, social activity. The key was forcing it into a fixed output template so reports stay comparable week over week instead of vague rambling summaries.
Second: SEO/AEO. Running an automation through Frizerlly that learns our product positioning, pulls Google search data, and publishes researched blog posts daily. The real goal there was visibility in ChatGPT and Gemini answers - classic SEO alone doesn't cover those surfaces anymore. Posts also cross-post automatically to LinkedIn, our Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Twitter.
Both used to eat a day or two each week of manual work. Now it's a quick five-minute review, and even that's optional tbh at this point. One caveat from experience: audit the output heavily during the first month, otherwise you're just scaling whatever mistakes the automation makes, just faster.
