Heard the Amazon rates are rubbish, so I'm offering 10-15% commission, and if you move real stock I'll bump it up. Don't just look at CPA - track repeat purchase rate and 90-day LTV per affiliate. In one campaign, the cheapest affiliates had the highest churn by 40%.
Offer performance tiers: higher commission for partners who hit a certain threshold of repeat purchases. Moves the needle better than flat rates.
Make sure your tracking distinguishes between first-touch and last-touch attribution. Common cause of payout disputes.
