Spent the last month testing different sales intelligence platforms because our current one keeps handing out bounced emails and dead numbers. We're a 40-person SaaS team sending about 2,000 cold emails a week plus another 500 dials.
Looked at the usual suspects - ZoomInfo, Apollo, SalesIntel, Lusha. Honestly, the data quality varies wildly. ZoomInfo's mobile numbers are decent but the price is insane for a team our size. Apollo's cheap but their email accuracy has been rough lately. been poking around at Prospeo too, since a couple of my network mentioned it, but haven't gone deep yet.
One thing i liked about a couple of these is they only charge for verified contacts, which makes the budget math way easier.
Has anyone here made a similar switch? What should I be watching out for? Our main needs are accurate emails, mobile numbers that work, and being able to filter by tech stack. Budget's around 5-7k annually. My VP is breathing down my neck about this so trying to move fast lol
