Working in the finance/AI space, I've had the same nagging question-especially with tools like Claude shaking things up. Everyone's jumping on the bandwagon, but how do you actually know your MVP solves a real problem?
A few things I've picked up from my own campaigns:
- Zero in on a specific pain point that competitors are ignoring. General "we make finance better" won't cut it.
- Features are table stakes. You need tangible value-something that makes a user's day measurably easier.
- Even a clear problem flops if the positioning is off. Took me three iterations to figure out which audience actually cared.
What about you? Any walls you hit early on that forced a pivot? I've got a few war stories, but curious what's worked (or failed) for others.
