Been running my own SMM panel for about 8 months now, and there are three things that really stood out to me.
First off, instant delivery is a trap. It flags accounts immediately. We switched to a logistic curve scheduling method, and it made a world of difference.
Second - provider API quality is way more important than the price you're paying. Cheap providers with unreliable APIs will cost you more in the long run.
Third, if you don't build reconciliation and retry logic into your system, orders will just get stuck. That's a hard lesson learned.
