I've been through plenty of local marketing platforms. Some look good out of the gate, but after using them daily, the small cracks become dealbreakers.
for me, it's about consistency. i don't need perfection on day one - I need reliability over time.
So what's the one thing that makes you ditch a platform?
is it the slow loading dashboard every time you log in?
when the data keeps buffering - like call tracking numbers not updating until hours later?
Maybe the attribution is out of sync - foot traffic from an offline campaign showing under the wrong source?
Or does the platform just freeze randomly when you're in the middle of pulling a report?
Does it fail to work on your phone when you're trying to check reviews on the go?
Something else entirely?
what's the first frustration that makes you walk away for good?
