We're a 20-person B2B team and HubSpot CRM is our main contact database. The sales team does all their prospecting and list building in Google Sheets before contacts are ready for the CRM. Right now the handoff is a manual CSV export/import that happens whenever someone remembers - so the CRM is usually a week or two behind on new contacts.
We looked at Zapier but the cost adds up quickly for the volume we're doing and it feels like overkill for what's essentially a data transfer problem. Hoping there's a simpler native solution.
Three specific things we're trying to solve:
📌 Can we push contacts from Google Sheets directly into HubSpot without going through a CSV?
📌 How are other teams handling field mapping when the spreadsheet was built by sales and doesn't match HubSpot property names cleanly?
📌 Is there anything that handles deduplication at the point of import so we're not creating duplicate contact records every time we sync?
Any ideas?
