Honestly, buying leads is a total waste of cash. Those lists have been passed around more times than a joint at a festival - everyone's already been called by ten other people before you even touch them. You're far better off generating your own.
Depending on what you're working with monthly, you can hit multiple platforms, run retargeting, or even just put out decent organic content. Hell, do all three.
Organic content is probably the biggest trust driver you can build. Show your face, prove you actually know what you're talking about instead of relying on ads to do the heavy lifting. I usually take those organic posts and boost them as part of the broader ad strategy for clients - it makes the whole thing look native, grows the account, and works in parallel with conversion campaigns. Long-term brand building without looking like a spammy salesman.
