pretty much nailed it on Consensus. we looked at it from a buyer enablement angle too - route stakeholders to the right proof points, which is ideal for those multi-threaded enterprise deals. liked the concept, but the pricing structure was a bit rigid for what we needed. Made more sense for larger sales teams with dedicated enablement budgets.
storylane we tested more aggressively. it's solid for polished, scripted demo environments. but the AI demo generation had a few rough edges when we pushed for rapid iteration. if you're trying to spin up persona-specific flows on the fly, you'll feel the lag.
Ended up comparing Storylane with Supademo as well. We went with Supademo in the end. Creation and update cycles are noticeably faster - especially when you need to tailor walkthroughs per persona without redoing everything. the sharing and analytics side is straightforward enough that our sales team actually adopted it without constant hand-holding from product. that alone saved us a ton of back-and-forth
