75 days ago I launched a B2B SaaS with zero audience, zero paid acquisition, and a two-person team.
We just crossed $2,500 MRR.
Here's every growth channel we're running, what's working, and what we're spending. ๐
The numbers first
- $2,500 MRR in 75 days
- $750/mo total growth spend
- 60% profit margin
- Target: $10k MRR by August, $50k by end of year
Not life-changing yet, but the unit economics are solid and we're growing over 100% MoM. TAM is large enough that we're confident doubling down.
Here's the full playbook so far:
1. LinkedIn Outbound - our highest converting channel by a mile. We're doing intent-based outreach: people already showing signals (competitor engagement, job changes, post interactions). Reply rates around 30%. One well-timed message to the right person beats 1,000 cold DMs.
2. Cold Email - sending up to 20k emails per month. Volume game but intent still matters. Segmenting around trigger events rather than just title/company size. Most expensive but most scalable.
3. Reddit Agent - AI monitoring relevant communities for keywords. When someone asks about LinkedIn outreach or lead gen, we reply fast. Never pitch directly - just answer and let the profile speak.
4. Quora Agent - same concept but on Quora. Targets questions about LinkedIn outbound and B2B prospecting. Answers have long shelf life and compound over time.
5. YouTube Comments Agent - monitors videos in our space for comment opportunities. People asking questions in comments are high intent. We show up consistently.
6. Daily Posting on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit - original takes on what's working and what broke. Builds an audience slowly and creates intent signals we can act on.
7. Meta Ads for Retargeting - no cold paid ads. Just retargeting website visitors. Cheap and converts well as a reminder touchpoint.
What's next - doubling down on outbound and paid retargeting. Building an affiliate program since TAM is large enough. Goal is $10k MRR by August and $50k by year end - achievable without dramatically increasing spend if we improve conversion at each stage.
