💡 Pitch it as a single, tiny fix: "I spotted this one thing that might be costing you leads. I can sort it out this week for a flat fee."
That instantly feels less risky than a full retainer. Once you've proven value, they'll ask for the bigger package themselves. Small wins build trust way faster than big promises
