I've been deep in the coaching/offer owner space lately, and there's a ton of debate about what works best as a front-end offer to cold traffic. LTOs and webinars are the two big ones, and both can work. the difference comes down to economics.

A live webinar forces isolation of attention and education-someone sits through two hours, they're consuming the value. but the cash conversion cycle is brutal. You're dropping $1,500+ just to test concepts on cold traffic, and you won't see any downstream data until after the webinar ends. Plus, free webinar show rates are usually pretty low.

On the LTO side, you get day-zero ROAS, so you can optimize offers and ads fast. But the biggest hurdle with ascension is consumption. Charge $5 for the ticket. that turns the webinar into a paid front-end. Selling to someone who already spent money is way easier than selling to a cold free opt-in.
Instead of selling a mid-ticket product at the end, the CTA is to book a call. Use a two-paths close: go at it alone with the info, or work with us. first step is a call to align goals. Our booked call rate from attendees has been around 15%.
Install systems to maximize call show rates. SMS right after booking asking them to confirm they got the Zoom link, plus other reminders. an email 24 hours before asking about their goals in depth-people who respond are far more likely to close.
