It's 4 AM and I can't sleep because I'm having Claude build prompts for product mockups. Been busy with my main offer, but lately I've been playing with the idea of having multiple offers in different niches. Wanted to challenge myself to launch fast and see how much AI could do as someone who barely used it before.

Here's the full breakdown of how it went down:

I was in the car heading to a colleague's lake house when an idea popped into my head for an offer. Once I arrived, I fed it into Claude while the lake breeze hit my face on the back deck. Here's exactly what I told it:

First, I asked about global demographic data for my target market and how it applied to the overall niche. People from all ages and backgrounds could do this activity, but I was focused on one age segment.

Then i had it search for other offers speaking to that exact demographic. there was no other offer like mine out there for this market. So I knew there was at minimum a non-zero opportunity in terms of TAM size, and basically zero competition talking to my avatar.

Next, I needed to know what problems this demographic actually had. Were there real pain points, or was I projecting fictional pain? I had Claude scrape forums to give me info on the problems this market faced, then rank the urgency and gravity of each.

Then I needed a product that solved those problems. I simply had Claude create a 35-page ebook addressing every pain point from those forums, complete with branding headers and formatting. The prompt wasn't crazy: "Create a longform ebook in PDF format that hits on each pain point you just gave me earlier." Boom, flagship product done in about 6 minutes.

From there, I fed it a post about the Solution-Problem model to apply to this offer. Within 2 minutes it architected a complete upsell flow. I realized later i could attach a backend with hidden economics (free for the customer, but I get commissions just for them using the service). Naturally, I had Claude create the OTO products, bonus stack deliverables, etc.

For front-end bonuses, i had Claude come up with potential objections the avatar could have when landing on the page, and had each bonus address a specific objection. After feeding it a post on tangible vs intangible order bumps, I had it give me ideas for bumps, the sales copy, and the bump products in PDF format. I went with one intangible bump (plays on identity level) and one tangible bump (low-hanging fruit for them, easy AOV booster for me).

Within an afternoon we went from idea to completed product deliverables that solve real problems, ready to deploy in a relatively static market.

Now the fun part: marketing. I fed Claude two posts from a colleague: triple stack bullets and the perfect headline formula. It came back with the main headline and 14 triple stack bullets derived from the flagship ebook. Before it could do the rest of the copy, I needed clarity on the mechanism so the ebook wasn't just a random guide but a framework. So I had AI brainstorm that too. After finalizing that and giving it the brand kit page loaded into my funnel, I had it use the AC template structure to complete the copy. Of course there are elements to clean up (AI loves to be em-dash happy and lacks conversational soul by default), but for a first draft with zero effort, the copy isn't bad.

Then emails. I told Claude: do the entire email sequence. 5-7 days of abandoned cart emails for those who opt in but don't complete checkout. Then a 5-7 day welcome sequence for front-end buyers focused on identity and community, pitching OTO1 only in the P.S. Then a 7-day sequence for OTO1 buyers to join OTO2 community, again centered on identity. Lastly, a 30-day sequence for OTO2 buyers centered around booking a consult for the backend. Sign off as the pen name.

For ad copy, I gave it proven ad structures I've used before and had it assemble those using the sales page copy it just wrote.

Finally, I had Claude give me prompts to feed into ChatGPT for product mockup images, including individual bonus stack mockups and the entire product hero stack.

so in under a single day I went from an idea in the car to completed market research, product creation, sales copy, and ads fully ready to go. All that's left is to edit the OTO1 VSL (voiceover done by AI), buy a domain, hook up Stripe and products in a members area, and get tracking for ads ready. if i can do this as a newbie to AI and a veteran to NHB, anyone can.
