the worst feedback I ever got as a junior marketer was "just make the CTA more prominent." The best feedback came later: "The conversion path isn't clear enough." Instead of "the brand isn't coming through," try "We have a chance to make the brand unmistakable here. what are your ideas?" That approach has saved my team from the spiral of second-guessing and defensive conversations.
