I love marketing... but I hate when the algorithm just stops working. thought I'd share a big shift I made recently that completely brought my show-up rates and leads back.

For context: i run high-ticket webinar pipelines. Online training plus ongoing 1-1 support for people getting started in the space. We launched last year and it blew up - all leads from organic content. Averaged 1,200-1,500 leads a month for around 8 months.

At the start, my content was heavily top-of-funnel. outrageous hooks, big attention-grabbers - crazy views. i went from 1k to 20k followers in two weeks.

Then... views dropped. Leads halved. I genuinely thought I'd burned my audience.

But the real reason was way simpler: I stopped resonating with my audience. My content became more "impressive" than "relatable". More viral than useful. The people who actually needed help stopped seeing themselves in it.

Here's how I turned it around fast:

1) I switched to "solution-aware" content
Instead of just grabbing attention, I made content for people who already want to start... but are stuck. I asked myself: when I was losing it all / starting from scratch - what would I have needed to see?

So I started hitting these angles daily:

Main pain points stopping you from starting: "No list / no budget / no time", "I don't know how to sell high-ticket", "I'm scared I'll waste money on ads", "I don't have a system for follow-ups"
The real beginner steps (simple + specific): Where to find warm leads, what your first 5 webinars should look like, how to price without overthinking, how to structure a pitch sequence that actually converts
Objection-killers: "You don't need a huge email list to start", "You don't need a fancy funnel", "You don't need loads of cash", "You don't need to be a sales guru"
Proof that felt real (not flashy): small wins, beginner flips, normal people results, behind-the-scenes: messages, show-up rates, margins, mistakes
I started speaking like I speak to my clients: less performance, more direct help, more "I've been there"

Once i did that, views started climbing again... and the leads followed.
